Pilates is an awesome total body toning and conditioning workout. This class will help improve your posture, it will strengthen your back and give you great abdominals.
Unlike other programs Pilates focuses on the entire physique making it strong and giving you a long and lean appearance.
The chosen exercise of celebrities such as Halle Berry and Cindy Crawford, Pilates creates definition trims the waistline and creates strength through the whole body.
With over 15 years experience in the Fitness Industry Tara McAndrew brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to her Pilates class. Tara creates a calm and friendly environment for all her participants from the beginner to the regular Pilates enthusiast. Each individual will perform at their best to walk away from each class invigorated and recharged.
Each Pilates class costs only $20, and there are NO contracts.
Please be sure to book well in advance as our pilates class vacancies are highly sought after and fill quickly.
